The program is designed for young talents who are passionate about communications, marketing, and creative services, and who are eager to learn through real projects, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with experienced professionals.

Internship Requirement

To ensure effective learning and meaningful participation, interns are required to work on-site at the Brandidas office, joining daily operations and working alongside the team as regular team members.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop business development plans, goals, and KPIs for the Account team; lead the team to execute effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and professional handling of issues.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.

Requirement for Sales Account Manager position

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

-Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Account Manager or similar role in advertising or marketing.

-Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Fluent English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing)

-Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

-Knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

-Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Requirement for Account Executive position

– Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of experience.
