SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business development plans, goals, and KPIs for the Account team; lead the team to execute effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and communication needs.
- Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and professional handling of issues.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
Requirement for Sales Account Manager position
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Account Manager or similar role in advertising or marketing.
-Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
-Knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
