Lead the Account team to implement the business development plan.<\/p>\r\n<p>-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring their needs are met<\/p>\r\n<p>-Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.<\/p>\r\n<p>-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and efficient communication and resolving any issues or concerns<\/p>\r\n<p>-Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations<\/p>\r\n<p>-Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>-Graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field<\/p>\r\n<p>-Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the advertising\/marketing industry<\/p>\r\n<p>-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships<\/p>\r\n<p>-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making<\/p>\r\n<p>-Knowledge of advertising trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices<\/p>\r\n<p>-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<h3><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>-Competitive remuneration package based on agreement.<\/p>\r\n<p>-Flexible work policies, aiming for work efficiency. -Empowering, creative, and proactive work environment.<\/p>\r\n<p>-Opportunity to work with major brands under multinational corporations.<\/p>\r\n<p>-Friendly colleagues with excellent teamwork spirit.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>At Brandidas Vietnam, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with growth and career development opportunities.
